2. What personal information we collect
We collect only your email address, which you provide voluntarily when purchasing access. We do not collect your name, phone number, ID number, or any other personal information.

3. Why we collect it
• To send you your Paystack payment reference number so you can restore access on a second device.
• If you opt in: to send you PassCLLT study tips and exam reminders.

4. How we store it
Your email is stored securely in our systems. We do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party, except to payment processor Paystack (which processes your transaction under their own privacy policy) and EmailJS (which delivers transactional emails).

5. Your rights under POPIA
You have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your personal information.
• Withdraw any marketing consent at any time by emailing hello@passcllt.co.za.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).

6. Data retention
We retain your email address for the duration of your 12-month access period. After expiry you may request deletion at any time.

7. Cookies
PassCLLT uses localStorage (browser storage) to save your progress, quiz scores, and access status. No tracking cookies or third-party analytics are used.
